Made from porcelain fused onto heavyweight steel, the dish is durable, weatherproof, chemical resistant and capable of handling temperatures up to 270°C. This makes it ideal for giving cakes, puddings or pies a smoky twist by baking them on the EGG, as well as for serving centrepieces, sides or salads to the middle of the table. The familiar ice-white enamel surface is complemented by Big Green Egg’s famous racing green on the base and hand-painted rim.
