Each stone sits neatly on the cooking racks inside your Charlie Oven—and they’re also designed to fit perfectly inside the flat bed plancha and perforated plancha for even more flexibility.

Cook up to three pizzas at once

Charlie’s multi-level design means you can bake three pizzas at the same time using three pizza stones on different rack levels. It’s fast too—pizzas cook in just 3 minutes at temperatures of 375–400°C (707–752°F).

Top tip: Give it 30 minutes

For the best results, preheat the oven and stones for at least 30 minutes. This allows the cordierite stones to fully absorb the heat they need to deliver a beautifully crisp base. Don’t rush it—this is what makes the magic happen.
